NOTICE: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL |
McKinney Housing Authority (MHA) hereby makes a request for proposal for a construction contract in the renovation of various units within the Authority. All interested bidders are requested to tour the specified units with MHA representative to ensure uniformity of the scope of work needed in accordance with this request. A tour of the properties will be held on October 9th at 9am. All proposals must be received at 1200 N. Tennessee St. McKinney, TX 75069 by 5pm on October 18, 2012.
